Research
Research opportunities are available for all levels of students from undergraduate to post graduate. In the biological sciences, Eco Era already has on file significant documentation due to the process of creating a private government recognized Reserve. Over the course of 2 years, biological director Ruth Tiffer Msc. conducted a comprehensive study on all aspects of the reserve including flora and fauna surveys, assessments of river ecology, ecosystem functions, archaeology, geology, and conservation challenges.
For students of the following biological sciences Eco Era is an ideal setting for reserach: Tropical Botany, Mycology, Tropical Ecology, Field Biology, Conservation Biology, Archaeology, Entomology, Ornithology, and River Ecology, just to name a few. Short term and long term research is welcomed. Please contact us directly to discuss your particular interests.
